Outer Limits is an after-school program that provides homework assistance, snacks, and skill development activities to Venango County students ages 8 to 18 who are currently attending school. More information may be obtained by contacting Tammy Snyder at 814-437-7288.

Grace Learning Center is a Keystone Stairs level 2 state-licensed program that is free to the public. The program is sustained by grants and runs the entire school year.
